Terms & Conditions

1. Purpose

These terms govern sales concluded on aduscent.com and via WhatsApp between ADU'SCENT and its customers.

2. Prices

Prices are displayed in euros (€), all taxes included, excluding delivery fees shown before the order is confirmed.

3. Orders

Any order implies acceptance of these terms. The order is completed on WhatsApp, once our team has confirmed availability and payment arrangements.

4. Payment

Accepted methods: Orange Money, MTN Mobile Money, Moov Money, Wave, Visa/Mastercard, and cash on delivery in Abidjan. Settlement is agreed with our team at confirmation.

5. Delivery

Stated times are good-faith estimates. ADU'SCENT cannot be held liable for delays attributable to carriers or force majeure.

6. Withdrawal & returns

In line with our policy, you have 14 days to return a sealed product. See the Shipping & Returns page.

7. Intellectual property

ADU'SCENT trademarks, olfactory creations, texts and visuals are protected. Unauthorised reproduction is prohibited.
